For international orders, PHLORX is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Packages lost due to incorrect shipping info entered at checkout
If your package is missing:

Check around your home and with household members.

Ask neighbors in case it was delivered nearby.

Contact your local carrier for assistance.
If the carrier confirms in writing that the package is lost (e.g., USPS confirmation), forward that to our support team so we can assist.
Shipping Protection
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, you’re eligible for a one-time reshipment provided:

You’ve completed all steps above to locate the package.

You provide written proof from the carrier that the package is lost.
⚠️ If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, we cannot replace the order — tracking is our only proof of delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. PHLORX is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
